By downloading or using Stamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stamp. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the app. By using Stamp, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Stamp has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user who posts or sends objectionable, offensive, or abusive content — including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material, threats, or content that exploits minors — will have their content immediately removed and their account permanently banned.
We review all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and take swift action, including content removal and account termination where appropriate.
Stamp allows you to send photos, videos, and messages to other users, including anonymously via the Ghost Stamp feature. You are solely responsible for the content you send and your conduct on the platform.
You agree not to use Stamp to:
Stamp reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these rules, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Stamp provides mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and abusive users directly within the app. Users can also block other users at any time. We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that violates these Terms. All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
The core functionality of Stamp relies on accurate, real-time location data. By using the app, you consent to the collection, transmission, and use of your location data to deliver the service. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit or prevent your use of core features.
All content owned or created by Stamp — including but not limited to visual designs, animations (including the 3D hot air balloon metaphors), user interface elements, branding, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Stamp and its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Stamp intellectual property without prior written permission.
Your use of Stamp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Stamp is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of Stamp is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stamp and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any user-generated content posted by other users.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Stamp at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without liability to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of Stamp after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
